Phat Matt's IPA

Deep chestnut in color this British style IPA offers a straight forward, no-nonsense approach to a classic style of beer. At 7% ABV and 64 IBU's the late hop additions contribute floral and pine aroma's that make this Matt's personal favorite. Phat Matt's K├Âlsch

This clean, crisp and delicately balanced Kolsch has a beautiful clear, bright, straw-yellow hue. With a subdued maltiness, low bitterness and a soft rounded palate, this light bodied ale offers a delicate dryness that has very little aftertaste yet finishes with a refreshing tang.
